If there were a Customer Service Olympics, the man you see here in the photo (and I don't mean Santa) would be taking out all the gold medals.  Meet John, the champion owner of Monticello Cafe. He is the epitome of being passionate about your work. Monticello are specialists in bomboniere and gifts, ice-cream and continenial cakes, made on premises, for all occasions including First Communion right through to Weddings and Anniversaries. Monticello have been operating for 46 years every single one of those days with the exception of just a small handful, John has been coming into work. That is commitment, that is passion and that is love in action. He knows how to make you feel like you are important, like it is a complete pleasure to be serving you.
